Essential oils to help you beat the winter blues. Part 1

 Essential Oils can be a real support if you are feeling low.

I call Sweet Orange “the sunshine oil” and it works well with Geranium to create a beautiful uplifting blend. Try 2 drops of Geranium and 3 drops of Sweet Orange in an essential oil diffuser or on a piece of kitchen paper on a radiator. If you would like to make a massage oil then blend 25 drops in total in 50ml of Sweet Almond or massage grade grapeseed oil.

Sweet Orange can be a bit of a skin irritant if used neat in the bath so use it diluted in a bland bubble bath base before use.

This blend may support you if you are also feeling tired, fatigued and lacking in energy.
