Aromatherapy Tip of the Day:
Finding it hard to concentrate or to focus? Try diffusing Lemon, May Chang and/or Rosemary (avoid latter if you have high blood pressure). You can put 4-6 drops in your oil burner, or put the drops on a tissue or kitchen paper and either put on a warm radiator or tucked into the collar your jumper (2 drops for the latter).
